GI obstruction?

یه مریضی که داخلیا مشاوره جراحی داده بودن از جهت انسداد گوارشی، یه آقای 54 ساله با متاستازای متعدد کبدی

متاستازاش که واضحه، آسیتم داره، یه موسینوس آدنوکارسینومه تیپیکه، منشاشم معمولا یا پانکراسه، یا اواری، یا کولون، کمترم معده

کولونشم متسعه، ولی انسداد نداشت، یه ایلئوسه، استپ بعدیم میشه یه کولونوسکوپی باشه با درمان پلیتیو

A 54 years old man, with several hepatic metastases, consulted for ruling out GI obstruction and need surgery

The hepatic metastases are obvious, there is acitis too, and these make the diagnosis a "Mucinous Adenocarcinoma", the source of metastases may be pancreas, ovary, colon, and occasionally stomach

The colons was dilated, but there no obstruction was seen, it can be illeus, the next step could be a colonoscopy and palliative chemoradiotherapy
